All my saved emails have disappeared

I have lost all my saved emails dating back to 2021.  No way to recover them seems to be possible.  I have had the same Comcast email for as long as I can remember, but when I go on the website, everything is just gone.  I am still getting emails at the same email address, but cannot find anything saved.  It seems like this has happened to other users and many report they are just gone forever???

I don't think so...if it was, what email address would it have gone to???

Did you have a chance to check through the spam/junk folder to see if the email regarding your migration terms acceptance is still there, user_rs24pw? Once the terms are accepted, most saved folders and emails are successfully migrated, with only a few exceptions. You can learn more at the XFINITY Move to Yahoo Mail FAQ

My email saved folders have lost years of saved emails.  Some now only hold 2024 to present.  Dave

I access directly from Comcast/xFinity.  The file most interested in is called Lake Wenatchee House and the oldest email is date 7/24.  That file should have documents back to at least to 2019 or  2020.

The issue is random .  Some files are ok and some  just say No Mail.

I have no idea how to trouble shoot this issue.

I am having the same issue.  All email in inbox just disappeared.  All email in Trash and Junk are gone too.  I am still getting new email.  This is via the webmail app on the Xfinity website.
