I am sorry to hear not all you emails moved with the migration to Yahoo. Yahoo will provide support for customers who experience issues after they have migrated their comcast.net email accounts to Yahoo Mail. Visit welcome.yahoo.com for support videos and articles. There is also an interactive chatbot that can connect customers with a live agent for assistance or call a dedicated support line at 1-866-764-7650 for live Yahoo support assistance.
We did ask customers to download and delete any emails with attachments totaling more than 25 MB since we will not be able to move them. Otherwise, they will be moved to a separate folder in your Xfinity Email inbox, and you will be notified that you have 30 days to download them. Would this fit a reason as to why those emails did not transfer?
