All my emails from before October 3, 2019 have disappeared
All of my emails from before October 3, 2019 have vanished. I did absolutely nothing to make this happen. I have searched through all folders, I've tried to recover deleted emails, nothing. I have talked to Comcast and all they are saying is that there is nothing they can do. I'm talking thousands of emails...
Can anyone advice on what to do? It's a disaster!

Try calling Comcast security for this. If anyone can recover the missing messages they can-------------

Also, run a scan of your system with your A/V software to see if it finds anything. Vanishing emails can be a sign of a compromised account or a malware infection.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I'll try Comcast Security. Definitely not a virus as I'm well protected...
Any other suggestions?
