all my email folders are gone as of yesterday

After googling to find a phone number for Comcast and talking to two people I could barely understand, I was told I needed to stay out of email for two hours and they'd be restored.  They're not restored - still missing.  They're missing when I use email through the xfinity website.  They appear on my iphone.  I noticed many people had this problem a year ago.  How do I get it fixed ASAP - a lot of important information isn't accessible on my PC.

Is the entire left pane where the folders are missing?  If so, look down at the bottom left of the webpage and see if there is the word "Show"; sometimes you might have to move your mouse around to find it.

Under My Folders, are these folders you created, or do they belong to an external email address you added?  Are the regular folders under Inbox still showing?  [Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam, Trash]

The regular Inbox folders are still there.  The folders I created with Comcast email are gone.

I’ve spent days with Comcast staff trying to solve this problem to no avail. Your support people are completely incompetent and your email functionality is a complete POS.
