All emails from our server to our clients with comcast.net email accounts are suddenly blocked.

All emails from our server to our clients with comcast.net email accounts are suddenly blocked for the first time ever (we've been send through Sendgrid for ten years). The blacklist check (mxtoolbox)for our domain ppac.live shows no blacklists, and our server authentication with Sendgrid all shows as verified and authenticated (.  The host domain is ppac.live.  What can we do to reach our Comcast clients?

Greetings, @darryls3! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues with your server. You may need to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team for assistance with something like this. You can find more details and contact info for the CSA Team on our website here: https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com

@XfinityJamesC I went to that page and called the number.  After being transferred a few times, I was told there is nothing they can do because my business is not a Comcast customer. The problem is that all of my company's emails to our clients at @comcast.net are being blocked with error "Sender Rejected."  We have not seen this problem at any time in the past 15 years until now and need someone to look into this.  Can you help?

@XfinityJamesC Can you please help with this or refer me to someone who can?  Every message we send to Comcast.net customers is returned with 530 5.1.0 Sender Rejected.  We have had ZERO spam reports and cannot understand why we are being blocked.  I submitted the block removal form five times with no action or response.  The person at the CSA team said they cannot help.  I can't find any other way to escalate this.

I'm having the same issue. Does Comcast.net have a TXT record I can use to put on my DNS configuration to Validate? (like Gmail/Yahoo)

@user_65e4sr No one from Comcast ever replied to help with this.  We called our Comcast.net customers and advised them to subscribe to a different email service and most of them did.  That was the only way were were able to get past the problem. We already had established full sender authentication (reverse DNS, return-path, DMARC) and were being blocked only by Comcast, so I don't know if adding a DNS record would help.
