All emailed disappeared before 9/2

All of my email just disappeared older than 9/2.   I am using imap from several systems, but have been doing this for a very long time and have not had issues.

I have checked different systems but can't find what might of deleted the.

This may be unrelated, but there is nothing in the deleted folder after 6/2/2019. I don't delete much but not in over a year. Sounds suspicous.

Finally if xfinity is monitoring this. I tried the chat and it was horrible. I tried to communicate with it and it just couldn't help me and put me in a loop. I asked for a human and it said yes, then asked me to specify the problem, back in the loop. Horrible implementation. You can't get rid of humans until you come up with a good AI.    And I couldn't find a phone number so this customer support interaction has bee really bad and maes me wonder what xfinity is thinking, and doubt my long term with xfinity.

You might want to call Comcast's CSA (Customer Security Assurance). They may be able to help you with some troubleshooting. Their phone number is (888) 565-4329.  However, since it is a holiday weekend support might be limited until Tuesday.
