ALL EMAIL in SPAM Folder account full?

Beginning Thursday April 15 I noticed that I wasn't getting ANY email and all email had disapperaed . I looked in my SPAM folder and ALL mail that was previously in my INBOX was now in the SPAM box. When I tried to move it, it DUPLICATED emails but never moved them to the inbox. To make matters worse, the system told me my inbox was FULL. After deleting 2 years worth of emails, my box GREW to 600% full, how is that EVEN possible.

I am getting notices from clients that their emails are bouncing back. No matter how much email I delete, the % grows.
