All email going to spam folder

Since yesterday all of my email is going to my spam folder.  Even when I add an email address fo 'Keep', a copy goes to the spam folder even while one is in my inbox.  I've disabled all of my filters that would send emails to spam.  I normally use Outlook to filter but this happens even when Outlook is not active.   As I said this only started yesterday and the only changes I made yesterday was to add some filters (which are now diabled) and the mail going to spam was not in a filter.

Hello Peter_D is this still a concern? Is this only occurring when logged into Out look or Outlook Web Express? Are you able to login to the Xfinity Email site, and view these emails with no problem?

@XfinityAlfonso Yes, it's still happening.  I use the Xfinity email site as my primary way to view emails.  I use Outlook to filter but all of my mail is routed to the spam folder even when Outlook is not running and I've disabled all of my Xfinity email filters that would send messages to the spam folder.

Peter_D Thank you for the update. We may need to reset your email address, if you are still experiencing this issue. When you get a moment please send a Direct Message with your name, service address, and the email address we will be working with today?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
