After I changed the xifinity login password, Unable to get or send Comcast.net email thru iPhone

Hi,  I changed my xifinity login password a week ago. Since I can’t receive nor send email on my Comcast.net email address on iPhone.  So I reset the password on all xifinity login..still not working.  So I deleted the email address from my iPhone, then add the same address back …this message pop up, “imap.Comcast.net” doesn’t support password authentication.  Please check your account settings and try again.”  What is this mean?  What else can I do to get back my Comcast.net email account.   Right now,  I can only get my email thru xifinity website…., very unsafe and painful.

Log in to your Xfinity email on your PC and go to email settings > Security and make sure Third Party Access Security is enabled.

If you had not already; let's go ahead and try to Log in to your Xfinity email on your iPhone and go to email settings > Security and make sure Third Party Access Security is enabled.
