Address book killed my email! Is there anybody out there to help me!!!!!

I've been fed up with the lack of proper customer support of Comcast/Xfinity, when you urgently need to call someone you're simply out of luck you have no way of reaching a living human being for support! (including the chat service!).
The new SPAM implementation of Xfinity email system was badly interferring with my email communications, no matter how many times I went into the Xfinity web email "spam" box and declassified desired emails as non-spam it simply doesn't work. Those emails again bounces back from the inbox as spam emails which time to time cause banning of my email address from the mail groups that I regularly communicate.
Recently, the manager of email group advised me to include the mail group's email address in my address book that looked quite reasonable to implement. I just tried to import most frequently communicated email addresses into my address book via automated "import addresses" function. Before the initiation of this action my email box was full 74%, following the automated import address process the web site suggested that I should go back to my email activities and whenever address import process completed I will receive an automated "address import completed" message  from the system management. Instead of address transfer completion message I have received a quota master warning from the postmaster: " Your mailbox size has reached 100% of your quota.

You will not be able to receive any new messages unless you delete some old ones." When I tried to reply this message with a screen capture of 74% fullness of my email box, I did not receive any response. I've tried to find a support person to resolve this issue, there I had another bummer that you can not find a living person to resolve your urgent issues like this one.

Yesterday I had posted about jump of mail usage size and blocking of email account. After hours of phone exchanges with the customer support service they could not figure out the reason behind this unexpected jump of my email usage, initial assumption was the size of imported email addressed (all together about 250 of them which could not be counted for > 2,6 GByte jump) deleting all those imported email addresses from my address book did not fix the problem. This issue was escalated to the level 2 customer service investigation and again no reason for this jump was found. 

While going through my email boxes, backup files, etc. I had discovered the problem, the "Import Contacts" function of Address Book had duplicated entire set of my subfolders and saved all of them within "my folders" section of email account  under my email address name which caused doubling of my email usage size!!! Think twice before you decide to populate your address book by importing email addresses from your messages, you may end up doubling your email box size as it happened to me...
