additional email addresses

How come NO ONE at customer service can help or explain how to add additional email addresses. It says you get up to 7 email addresses. Everyone points me towards adding additional users. That's NOT what I'm looking for. I want a second comcast.net email address for my part time business WITH my same phone number. and another email address for other family members.

Is there no help out there? anyone?......

@user_40cd38 Adding users DOES add an email address.

To create a new user ID [email address], log in to https://customer.xfinity.com/#/users, then scroll down and click on "Add a New User" and follow the directions.

Hello, u/user_40cd38. I hope you are doing well. First, thank you for posting here for help. I can confirm what @Again stated is correct. Once you add a new user they can then use the Xfinity Connect portal to activate their email. I just added someone to my account as a test, and they were able to complete the process. Were you able to give this a shot? If so, did you have success creating the email you needed?

User profiles/email addresses cannot have the same phone number associated. When you create a new user, create them with the VIEWER user role which does NOT require a phone number.  You should be able to create your part-time business email address that way.
