Account not loading new emails [Edited]

We got a notice our email was 100% full. I went in and deleted 5000+ email and empties the trash. The account is still not loading new emails.

Sign out of your account
Close your browser
Start a new session
Sign into your account again.

user_xh73ik Thank you for letting us know your box is still showing full after deleting messages. @Again is already going where I was with that many messages; you may need to clear your cache and cookies to help clear it out. Have you had a chance to try those options?
