Accessing Comcast email account

How can I access my comcast.net email account? I'm trying to change my login email address on Disney+ and it keeps sending a code to the comcast.net email to verify it's me and I cannot access those emails

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite will take you to the website where you'll need to log in with your password.

Everytime I click on the link I am redirected to the Discovery Hub.

This is my last resort! I've basically got nothing but the run around! Please I would appreciate if a member of upper management would take a look at this. I've been with Comcast for so many years and I've never been so fed up and disgusted in my 67 years! Employees have tried their best but always hit a brick wall!

I moved in July! I took my Cable Boxes Modem with me and installed myself. In the past i needed a land line for a heart monitor. Because I no longer needed the monitor I chose to go with a Security Camera. This is where the problem began!!! The Installer came out but the wiring was yanked out of the Doorbell and non-usable. The Installer at the time called in an explained what had happened and put everything on hold because we did not own the home. i felt everything was taken care of. boy was! wrong! i received a Fed-Ex letter telling me to stop using my Ring Camera which I bought and installed! They told me I had to use your Equipment which I didn't have. I phoned in and spoke to a very nice lady who saw all the notes and recommended i returned the Touch Screen that the Installer told me was no good. I did I returned it right away to Lakewood.

I received my bill in Aug and it made me sick to my stomach! I received a Refund for $89.99 however I was billed for a Base Home System & Professional Install $428.33!!

I DON'T HAVE AND NEVER HAVE HAD THIS SERVICE!!! How can you do this to your loyal customers? I am a Senior Citizen in a limited income. I pay for services I request not for services I don't request!

I would love to hear back from you! Please don't open a ticket tell me 48hrs than close with no explanation! thank you!
