access to old email address

I am currently a Comcast customer with an existing email address.  I also have an old and different rarely used comcast.net email address to which I sent an email yesterday and did not get a bounce back message from you in the last 24 hours.  How do I activate and access the old and rarely used email address?

Hello, @Scottie100

Is this old email address from an active account? Email access will be preserved for active Xfinity Email users who choose to disconnect their Xfinity services. Former Xfinity customers can still use their Xfinity Email address if they have logged into their account using the Xfinity Email website within 90 days prior to downgrading or disconnecting service.

@XfinityThomasC​ Thanks for getting back to me.  Not sure, the email address was created, but seldom used many years ago - when I think customers were permitted to have multiple email addresses on an account. Not concerned if an existing customer with an existing email address may create an add an additional account email address.  How would I go about doing so?

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
