Can you tell us more about what's going when you try to access your email?

Are you seeing error messages or error codes?

How are you accessing your emails? Are you using an app, email client etc?

I really need to access my comcast email and I haven't been able to

• How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail? or through a device like your phone, or iPad, etc.
• Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
• Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
• If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.
