Access online to Comcast email

I was able to access my Comcast email online last month but have not been able to login this past week. It tells me 400 bad request. How can I fix this?

Good afternoon user_kgkuqn. You have reached the right team. I will be happy to assist you further. I do have a couple questions for me to better understand the situation. Are you experiencing this issue directly through the Xfinity website? Or is this happening on a third-party application (ie: Outlook, Mail for Apple, Mail for Android, etc.)?

Clear your cache and cookies.

Sign out of your account.

Close your browser.

Then restart your browser and start a new session.
