If you are a new customer you won't have a comcast.net email address; Comcast stopped issuing new email addresses a year ago.

user_5w6dpq, you should be able to sign in to xfinity.com/myaccount, and over on the right side, there should be a drop-down that says email. Let us know if you still need help.
