Yes, webmail will still work. Use the front door at https://xfinity.com in case they name the email link something else sometime down the road. click the person icon in the top right to get a dropdown for account/email etc..

You can also try using https://connect.xfinity.com . You will still have to log in, though.

Outdated Transport Layer Security (TLS) Versions To No Longer Be Supported is a great read and detailed article that goes over more details, and what to expect moving forward.
To help ensure secure encryption methods and safeguard your data, we’re discontinuing the use of older versions of Transport Layer Security (TLS) that have been deemed less safe. If your device or email application isn't updated before we discontinue older versions of TLS on April 17, 2023, you’ll need to use Xfinity Email in your internet browser to access your email.

We are not making changes to the web version of Email. If it works today it will NOT be impacted by this change. Note, webmail does require TLS 1.2 today. Some browsers have it built in and some use your PC's version.
