Access Denied

You don’t have permission to access “http://login.xfinity.com/login” on this server.

I can’t access my account online from work or home with Chrome or Edge as I have been doing for years. I have cleared the cache, tried a VPN to no avail. I can only access my account through my phone with Safari. 

Please assist. Email through the phone is tedious at best.

I want to make sure I didn't miss anything. You said you can only access it through your phone on Safari, are you able to only do it on there or on the computer through Safari? Did you also reboot your devices to make sure it's not something on the device itself? If you need to, you can also send me a DM as well, @user_jc1209. To send a direct message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"

Click the "direct message" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I CANNOT sign in. That's the problem. For a while, Safari on my iPhone worked but it does not now.  Someone from an xfinity chat erased all my streaming devices today to clear my account (despite me telling them not to) Since I couldn't login to my online account I could not reauthorize them. I tried the password change routine for yucks and it worked so I was able reauthorize my streaming devices. However, every time I log out I am back to the following message:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://login.xfinity.com/login" on this server.

So, if I want to get into my account I have to change the password EVERY time. All in all, I have tried accessing my account from Chrome, Brave, Edge, Safari and the xfinity app from home, work and phone, no dice. Xfinity is the only site I have trouble accessing. Your system is blocking me somehow.  I had to change my password to login to reply

I was finally able to resolve the issue.

1. I had to change my password again to get in

2. Once in, I enabled 2 factor authentication.

I have no idea why this works but after trying every other setting in my browser without success I decided to try it.
