Access denied problems

As of two weeks ago, my email was no longer loading on my phone. I understand this is the transition to Yahoo. However, I’m un eligible to transition according to Comcast until a later date. I had been able to access email on my regular laptop using the website however now I’m getting access denied issues. Extremely maddening as I have tax forms, etc. being emailed right now. I can’t reach a human ever at Comcast. Perhaps someone here can tell me how this problem can be remedied. It’s maddening. It’s a very expensive service to have it function so poorly
