When I subscribed, I was told that I would receive a $10 discount if I set up automatic payments with my debit card. I set up AutoPay, but I do not see the $10 discount on my bill.

Could you please check my account and let me know why the discount was not applied? If there is any additional step I need to complete, such as enabling paperless billing or updating the payment method, please let me know.
