A Little Help.
Hi, Why is Xfinity still charging me? Xfinity Promised they had my ACP credit straightened out. How much they got me owing? I know they ending the ACP but Xfinity Promised me the credit every month. I`m a struggling single Mom with a 1 year old. If you could give me credit for the ACP up till now? I promise I will start paying from my unemployment check after getting layed off. Thank You, waiting on your reply.

Hi there! Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding your ACP credit. Now Comcast is not the one to issue this credit. The credit was issued by the government. They have already discontinued the ACP discount and no longer are applying any credits to any account.
