554 5.1.0 173.201.192.109 Comcast block for spam

Sending messages out and most of the recipients at Comcast are not getting their email.  I receive the email bounce message with error message  554 5.1.0 173.201.192.109 Comcast block for spam

however the recipient does not have the spam filters set in their online mail service.

This all started just about a week ago probably around November 30th 2020

My email smtp server is not from comcast but I am using smtpout.secureserver.net  -  As far as I can see this is only happening to Comcast email recipients the others all receive the message, and before this last week all messages were going through to these same recipients and non of them have changed anything with their email or spam settings.

I gather you are using a desktop email client?  If you send to the same people using only the webmail UI do they get the emails OK?

I just tried from my online access account and will know if my recipient gets it.  I also sent a second email from the client, because sometimes - like yesterday I was able to send three messages and they all when through but then again today they were failing and being bounced back with the 554 5.1.0 error message.

The online one went through, but also the client one went through this test.  Then I tried to send another client one to check to see if the recipient got the message and I got - MTA p3plsmtpa08-06.prod.phx3.secureserver.net received this response from the destination host IP - 96.114.157.80 - 554 , 554 5.1.0 173.201.193.107 Comcast block for spam. Please see http://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000 (I Removed the recipient email address from above message)
