552 5.2.0 Prohibited by policy
HI,
Need a support on Email got blocked by comcast ISP. Yesterday evening we have sent an email with attachment of 10MB in size. And we got a block error.
" The comcast.net server blocked this message from being delivered. While we won't try to send this message again, we will attempt to send new messages to this address in the future."
The error that the other server returned was: 552 5.2.0 Prohibited by policy
What is happened suddenly Please advise on the same.

Call Comcast security. They handle any blocking issues-----------------------

I recently had a similar issue with godaddy providing a Office365 email - all emails to comcast.net users resulted in 552 5.2.0 Prohibited by policy. GoDaddy support was of no help and just pointed the finger at comcast. Comcast indicated that it's GoDaddy's issue... turns out the domain parked at GoDaddy is likely not publishing the DMARC records and not using DKIM and SPF authentication. I had to manually go into the DNS config in the GoDaddy domain profile and add additional TXT and CNAME records to make this work again.

once the correct records are in place you can test the domain is setup correctly with https://mxtoolbox.com/
