$200 prepaid mastercard offer

I signed up for new internet service and it was activated on 9/8. I was sent an offer in the mail that included a $200 prepaid mastercard. I was told that I needed to have the service for at least 90 days before the card would be sent. It is long past that and I haven't received it in the mail or in an email for a virtual card. The offer number on the front of the card was R0112996. On the front it says "Requires purchase of internet plan. Fulfilled via Prepaid Mastercard $200 value on 1 gig internet and above".  I can send a picture if someone could email me about this.

fuzzball0526 This link is what will help you track a card offer https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track. When you go here, do you see any information about the card? They normally take about 2-4 weeks after you make it to the 90 day mark for completion, and this tracker should provide you with the current status of the reward.

I used this link. It asks for a cable account number, we don't have cable we have internet. Then I just put in the info that it asked for without the account number and it said no record found.

I was able to put in the account number with all the spaces taken out and it still says record not found.

fuzzball0526 Let's take a look at the account, and see what the current status of the offer is for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
