Your Phone credit upgrade.
i have cell phone service through you peeps, i went to try and upgrade an 8 year old phone that still works but just broke the back glass. so your website, which is the slowest website i have been to in 20 years, like why? fix ya stuffs. you offered me $239.99 to put towards a phone, so i select a phone that said it was $239.99 because its the only model you offer that has no back glass. and then ya website says i have 2 items in the cart ( your website seems to think my phone is yours and i bought it for cash from the apple store when it was new.) and then says i cant make the " purchase" stating i need pay $9.99 a month plus $9.00 for insurance on it, and to top that off your dude in the little chat box sends me a link to some website called iGuard. My antivirus said hecken nope we aint going there. so why do you trying to run credit on me when that phone is basically free? i have credit cards and the money to just go buy a phone for cash but seeing how your website says i get $239.99 towards an upgrade i figured i would get that $239.99 phone, but nooooo you want to run a credit check. do i have to cancel my cell phone service and go somewhere else? cause i am ready to cancel this and my internet and i just got a new modem. your competition has fiber net at my location. and i dont have to drive 2 hrs to the closest store of yours because you closed it here in town. make this make sense. also i tired of talking to people who, i have nothing against, and english isnt their first language, that i cant understand? yes i am livid at this moment. i just wanted to get a working cell phone and have to go through 200 loops, slow website cause its poorly made, sloppy coding and slower than a volkswagon bus from the 70's going up a mountain.
