Xfintiy store not accepting Trade-In phone

user_kyrh2t Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. It can sometimes depend on the store itself if they will accept a trade in. Even then the store would need to ship it to Assurant to complete the trade in process. You can review the full process here.
