Xfintity Mobile Stole My Money part 2

I've been dealing with this for over a year!  I was charged $405.84 for something I didn't order or receive.  An escalation specialist reached out and promised that I would get a refund because they acknowledged that it was not my fault. They called and emailed me, which was great because I actually had hope and was glad this problem was getting resolved.  To days after the promises, I got a text message saying that the refund was denied. Never got a call or email with an explanation. I called several times and left voice messages and I emailed 3 times. I have not heard back from anyone, no explanation, nothing.  A couple of days ago I got a text message saying the xfinity mobile is going to charge me another $405.84!  Why?! For what? Isn't it enough that they already stole $405.84?? I don't know how to make this nightmare end!  This has been so frustrating and upsetting. THEY ARE STILL LIARS!
