Xfinity won’t unlock my phone!!
Xfinity will not unlock my phone so that I can use it with another carrier. It is fully paid off and I do not owe Xfinity any money. I wish I had looked at these customer complaints before ever going with Xfinity for my mobile service. I’ve been tricked, lied to, and deceived. I get zero help from anyone at Xfinity, be it via chat, phone, or in person at both the local and corporate offices. Each customer service representative passes the responsibility to another person or place and, ultimately, I’m told that my “expedited request” will be eventually taken care and that I “just have to wait”. I have no cell service and can’t make or receive any calls or texts. This is unacceptable. If Xfinity replies to this message and has the nerve to tell me to call them or text them for help then they are truly insane. How can I call or text you guys when I can’t access my cell service because you won’t unlock my phone? I will do everything I can to report this company and file a class action law suit against Xfinity. Based on the vast number of your clients that are experiencing the same neglect and suffering you’ve caused all of us, for this same issue, we will have no problem gaining the support we need to make you accountable for this crime you have committed for YEARS. You have shown us, countless times already, that you will punish and hold your clients hostage that try to leave you. [Edited: "Inflammatory"].
