Xfinity won’t unlock my fully paid iPhone

Apparently my family had a debt after they left xfinity. They were on an automatic payment plan and yet it wasn’t paid off. I paid the amount last week. I waited the allotted 72 hours+24 hours+ the now 24-48 hours! Xfinity still hasn’t unlocked my phone! Xfinity is deceiving their customers into paying off old family debts and leaving us with nothing! My iPhone is pretty new and 100% paid off. How did anyone else deal with this? And did you ever get it unlocked?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
