Xfinity will not give me my transfer pin

How do i get my transfer finhow tget agent to give me my transfer pin, i am 6 hours from store. ?

To get your Xfinity Mobile transfer (port-out) PIN, log in to your account online or through the Xfinity App and request a security code via text.
Steps to Get Your Transfer PIN
  • Go to Devices: Navigate to the Devices tab and select the specific phone number or line you want to transfer.
  • Select Transfer Option: Scroll down to find "Transfer your number, cancel this line" and click Learn More.
  • Verify via OTP: Choose the option to send a one-time passcode (OTP) to your active line, then enter and confirm the code.
  • Receive PIN: Xfinity will text your 6-digit security transfer PIN to your phone.

I can certainly understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you're located several hours away from the nearest Xfinity Store and are trying to complete your transfer remotely.
