XFINITY, update my credit.

It’s been months and I have yet to get an update credit score from Xfinity after numerous calls. I have called every credit bureau to ensure nothing is stopping my them from getting accurate score. My phone has been paid off for over 2 years. This is insane. 
I know for a fact my credit isn’t 0.

This phone I'm using now I got on payments last year my credit score was nearly 100 point less than what it is now but they refused me any deals at all based on my credit how do I get them to update my file I've been with them 3yrs
