Xfinity support - transfer Verizon number

I have been trying to port my number from Verizon to xfinity for over a week now. 
There seems to be an issue with the account details or the transfer pin. 
After searching the forums it seems as though this is a known reoccurring issue. 

Is it possible to “reset” all the info (like the eSIM and IEMI), and then start the port over again? 
There are so many eSIMs on both my Verizon phone and xfinity phone.
