Xfinity sign up promotion

I’m unable to get Xfinity to pay me the $2000 per their promotion $500 per phone for paying off another carrier’s phones and getting Xfinity mobile service. This has been going on for 8 months and the store has no solution. What can I do?

Hey @Holmes66 you have reached the right place and I do apologize for the delay in receiving your promotional offer. May I please ask that you send us a direct message with your full name and service address. If you have any tickets please include those as well. 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
