Xfinity Shinanagans

Long story short…

Xfinity customer for 6 years.

 Bill one day past due, lines suspended, literally the day after I paid the balance due. Now they’re requiring more money!!!! For what????

 Decided I’ve had enough of their BS and am moving to a different carrier. This is where it gets interesting.

10 months ago I made a lump payment and paid off all of our devices. 3 were unlocked 1 still isn’t. 

Just received this message from them:

DENIAL NOTES:

Device Unlock has been denied
We couldn’t complete a request to unlock your Xfinity Mobile phone for use with other carriers because our unlock policy requirements haven’t been met.

Thank you for being a Xfinity Mobile customer. 

Thanks but no thanks, not willing to deal with anymore of Xfinity’s tricks.
