Xfinity Rewards for Iphone 15 not being honored

I have been down this long journey with Xfinity mobile support and it is very frustrating.  I recently opened a new line and got a new iphone using the rewards of switching over a line to get the $600 dollars off the phone.  Al was well until I tried to activate the phone and it says my Tmobile account.  As you can see from the images the rewards was all set to be applied but they couldn't activate the phone, so they switched numbers and said it would be on my account.  This was two weeks and nothing is being honored.  Whenever I call they say the rewards code is being honored.

The original phone number that I switched from Tmobile was [Edited: "Personal Information"].  They ended up deactivating that number and giving me the number [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Right now alll I want from Xfinity is to honor the original rewards of $600 dollars off the phone.

Things worked out really well and was resolved.  I was assigned a executive support rep who was able to address my issues.  Ultimately I was given a one-time $600 reward which addressed my main concern.  I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the assigned rep and ability to navigate and correct some of the previous errors.
