Xfinity refuse to release a Transfer/portnout pin
Xfinity will not take the esim restriction off my daughter phone after being paid off. Her phone have no service because of the locked esim.

Thanks for reaching out to us , You can get an Xfinity Mobile transfer PIN by signing in to your Xfinity account online or through the Xfinity app, going to the "Devices" or "Profile" section, selecting the line you want to transfer, and following the prompts to generate and send the PIN to your phone via text. The PIN is typically valid for 24 hours
