Xfinity Now is a bully scammer taking money from bank accounts illegally for phones I do not even own or have. [Edit]

In Dec i switched  my phone company from ATT to XFINITY because they called me and convinced me price was cheaper. I signed up was approved, they took my credit card info for deposits on phone, & then sent me TWO phones. 1 phone was correct 2nd phone was NOT what I ordered. They were suppose to be both 16 plus max pro the newest largest version. Instead i got one phone that was wrong and ALSO NOT FUNCTIONAL. I called within minutes of box arriving, made about 25 calls because no one would properly help me. It took me 30 days to get them to exchange phones, get me right phones, and get the wrong phones sent back to them. When Due to this issue, i was given a compensation by the manager ILLIANNA, and MUSTAFFA & Veronica. On February 14th my phone suddenly was disconnected ( literally not even one month after i had the phone!) called Xfinity & they said i needed to pay $1000 fee for the "WRONG" phone that they made the error with and that was also broken at time of delivery - i argued they were crazy as it was sent back and delivered to them. They said well too bad cuz you took to long to send it back. I sent phone back soon as they sent me slip- In JANUARY 24th i had to argue with them again as they told me that there was a 1200 dollar charge on my account for the phone that they sent me that was wrong i argue...needless to say I resolved the issue and manager said she did see it was an error and she was resolving it. She turned my phones back on, removed it from my account said it would never happen again. March 19th i go pay for food that i ordered in a restaurant and my credit card is not working... so i go look at my card balance to see if that is problem and sure enough... Xfinity CHARGED my debit card for $1343.43 without my permission unauthorized and then i call this damn company to find out why and i am thrown back as they tell me that i have to pay for a phone that I DO NOT OWN< HAVE IN MY POSSESSION NOR EVER ORDERED. I made 12 phone calls, asked for corporate, and supervisors, soon as  i ask for my money back they would yell at me or call me names and hang up on me i am totally frustrated and i have had it.. [Edited: "Political"].. i demand they refund my money and be held accountable for it. Bottom line, they stole out of my bank account today the money for my insulin i do not have insurance that pays for my insulin they are refusing to give me back money that is rightfully mine as I NEVER gave permission for them to use my card at will... i did not authorize these charges nor did i even know about them. I demand a full refund without any further nonsese. [Edited: "Personal Information"] i demand my money returned they robbed my bank account this is an outrage. In addition they do not answer questions, i have asked for corporate they ignore me i have asked for all forms of proper communication they tell you directly NO they will not even get you a supervisor. Charging someone's cre3dit or debit card without authorization is ILLEGAL i demand them held criminally and FTC responsible of violations etc. I demand also my full charge of money returned. I also demand that the full year of free service i was given due to the error in phones be honored as promised as i have proof of this and have recordings of every conversation
Please help me, Xfinity has just scammed me.
If I do not get this money back, I will not be able to buy my [Edited: Language] insulin on Tuesday because that's what the money was there for in that account. For this reason, I am demanding that they refund me, or I will continue with charges by the FCC. Their corporate department was supposed to contact me, and I have yet to see that. They wrote me one single email, some guy Joe, and then he has never responded, not one single time.

I demand corporate contact me immediately in addition to my refund this better be done before [Edited: Language] Tuesday.

they stole $105.00 from my account this morning, so i payed my bill on the 14th of april 2025 then on the 15th i notice i had another charge for the same amount from my bank account, keep in mind that i do not have it on auto pay, when i called them first you have to deal with the stupid automated system which is a deterant to get you frustrated so you will hang up, once i actually spoke to a person she blowed smoke up my @$$ with a bunch of mumbo jumbo, she also said i would get an email detailing everything we spoke of ofcourse never got that either, unfortunately comcast is the only provider in my area so i dont know what to do.
