Xfinity needs to have GSX tools for each agent

I’m not sure why all Xfinity agents give me false information about my device being unlocked when clearly the device is carrier locked to Xfinity 

I keep explaining to so many agents over the phone or via chat that my device is carrier locked to Xfinity and I explain to them what GSX means they have no clue and they keep saying that my device is unlocked. I have a fully paid iPhone that’s not in installments or any contract it’s paid off and I used it for 60 days and it’s currently on Xfinity however when I ask Xfinity agents to submit a gsx unlock request to Apple by tier 3 or back end team they keep saying my device is unlocked 


is there any Xfinity agents that can submit a mobile device unlock request a gsx manual request to Apple ?
