Xfinity mobile

Just transferred to Xfinity mobile and yet to get service once. My whole life is connected to this number I need it to get into my bank account pls help

To send a "Direct Message":

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
