Xfinity Mobile

I had just received a new mobile number and a friend had sent me a sum of money via Zelle. The issue was I hadn't gotten to change the number in my Zelle account and wasn't expecting any funds this quickly. So the funds were sent and received by whoever had this number prior to me. Is there anyway of finding out who had this number before it was issued to me?

Thanks for reaching out to us you would have to reach out to zelle to see where those funds went to As the phone number or the e-mail set up under the zelle account just get you access to their app,  your funds still go to to a bank account you have attached to Zelle
