I recently made an online purchase for Xfinity mobile account today with the Samsung galaxy s25 ultra I have not received my order yet and was wondering if I wanted to switch the phone to the Samsung 7 Z fold would I be eligible

I transferred my mobile service from Verizon to Xfinity yesterday.  Today I'm unable to receive or make calls.  How long is the transfer process?

Hello @user_9r9txh, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. I hope your week is off to a great start. If fulfillment of your order has not begun, you can cancel the order. If fulfillment has begun, then you have 14 days from when your device was shipped or purchased in a retail store to start a return or exchange.
