Having a nightmare of a time trying to get refunds for 2 devices that were returned. Have proof that both devices were signed for at their returns center

whatever1965 when you have a chance please send us a direct message, so we can take the right steps to help with your Xfinity mobile devices and refund.  You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
