XFINITY MOBILE UNLOCK

I been trying to unlock my iPhone 16 pro max 

I called Xfinity to unlock but they said it is unlocked but my iPhone say SIM locked

user_06jllg Thank you for letting us know you have already attempted to unlock your device. Certain requirements must be met in order to unlock your phone. If these requirements aren't met, there is no way to unlock the device.
