Xfinity mobile trade in pending from 3 months
I did two phone trade in September 2023 when xfinity is providing $700 to $850 credit on eligible phone. I send back my phone and it’s received and accepted but Still I am fighting to get phone credit applied . I am paying full installatment every month and xfinity service is only opening ticke number doing nothing . Can anyone help how to file complaint so that my issue get resolved.

@Xfinity Support I am waiting for last 100 days and you guys are only working , If you not able to apply credit and take my phone back and process all refund for phone I paid till 3-4 months.
