Xfinity Mobile Terrible customer service

I was promised a promotion for a new device by an agent. She mislead me and I was mishandled by a supervisor. All of this resulted in inconvenience and lack of consideration for me. I have spent hours on the phone only to not be heard or honored. This process has really made me feel that I am not a valued customer of Xfinity after all these years. Maybe I should consider other options sadly.
