Xfinity Mobile site won’t let me upgrade phones

When I go through and add one phone to my cart and try to add a second one, the page refreshes and says it can’t be loaded.  Been trying for 5 days now.

Hello @user_a7cv35. Thank you for reaching out on our community Forum. I know how frustrating that can be. Did you also try to clear cache and cookies and use incognito mode? Sometimes that can fix the issue.

All I want to do is Upgrade my Flip Phone on my xfinity mobile account. I do not need anything else.   Because Xfinity Mobile is NOT compatible to most phones and yet xfinity mobile wants to to upgrade your plan or buy a watch  which I don't need.

How or where can I buy just a flip phone for my Xfinity mobile account?

Hello and thanks for reaching out. Our team can help.
This is a great question.
I have a link where you can do an IMEI check to confirm if your device is compatible. https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/learn/byod

We have a few Flip devices such as the Samsung Galaxy 7 Flip and Flip7 FE. Another options is the Motoroloa Zazr 2025.
Our team can check and confirm for you. We are running some promotions where the device is on us for a limited time. Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
