Xfinity Mobile Services - HORRIBLE.

Honestly, just here to say that Xfinity treats their mobile customers horribly. We aren't allowed to upgrade using monthly installments because we no longer have internet services with them. I cannot use their internet services anymore due to my new apartment policy. While I understand Xfinity was is an internet provider company first and foremost, do not branch out if you aren't going to see it fully through. Because I can't get Xfinity internet services, I will never have the option to upgrade my phone. I've been stuck with an iphone 11 for so long, I have no choice but to go to another phone provider. I hope you guys wake up and see how terrible of a business plan this is.

@user_7sgar2 They make it pretty clear when you sign up for Xfinity Mobile that you have to remain an internet customer. That doesn't mean you cannot stay with them. You just have to pay an extra $25 per line access fee. Not ideal I know. I would take a look at Visible or Mint.
