Xfinity mobile scam deal (false advertisement) [Edit]

They promise me a new phone if I upgrade to the premium unlimited plan and I already spoke to many Xfinity employees, online, by phone and in person at the store, they made me waist my time and they all say a different thing about the free phone offer, I’m tired of being transferred to different representatives and have to explain the [Edited: Language] situation again and again, now I ended up with no new phone but stuck with the premium plan that I don’t want, if they don’t fulfill the promise of the phone… if they don’t fix it back to my regular unlimited plan by Monday , I don’t want any business with Xfinity anymore, It makes me want to cancel even the internet service that I had for more than 6 years with them
