Xfinity Mobile Promo
Since January, when I first added Xfinity mobile to my plan, I have been given the run around. I have been given false information. I have been lied to regarding the promotion that was offered to me when I first signed up. It was during the time they had the promotion of trade-in up to five devices and get the iPhone 16 on them with eligible trade ins and also was eligible for up to $500 per device to pay off the current devices. I agreed to all that I sent in my trade-ins however I never got my money to pay off the current devices i traded in. I submitted the final bill as requested with their logo with the individual phone numbers and the dollar amount spent to pay off in order to get those devices unlocked so I was able to send them in for trade-in. That was back in the beginning of February. since then I have been calling and have spent many hours on the phone with different customer service agents and supervisors who have continued to tell me different stories, and lies anything they thought I wanted to hear just so they could be done with me since we’re not able to contact any of the original people we speak with it’s easy for them to be able to do this in. Xfinity allows its agents to deceit customers to get what they want. Xfinity owes me over $1200 for the promotional payouts. as of this past Thursday, April 3, I was advised that I should resubmit because the back office needed me to resubmit my bill because they felt something was missing. I did that on Thursday, April 3 this morning on April 5. I receive an email saying that my submission was invalid due to it being 30 days past the date. being 30 days past submission so basically what they told me is so sorry for your loss you submitted too late. However I had submitted back in February which was well within the timeframe and I again called today was on the phone for over three hours and still to no avail, I am not getting anywhere with Xfinity mobile customer service so from this point I am going to go to every platform possible and put in this complaint letting everybody know the terrible customer service at Xfinity and how they have no problem with their employees being deceitful and liars. They brought me on. I brought several lines over. I spent so many dollars just to in order to become an Xfinity mobile customer and for what to be lied to, to be cheated out of over $1200? Tomorrow I’m going to call my local courthouse to find out if it’s possible to file a small claims case against Xfinity for this $1200. If I had to do this all over again believe me I would never have sign up for Xfinity mobile they are the worst they allow their people to treat customers terribly
